It was hard to stick with it, knowing the end of the 12 weeks was coming, BUT I did it! Unfortunately I did not get the fat loss I had hoped for. Considering the effort I put into this -- daily charting of exercises, daily food plans, buying and cooking approved foods, preparing meals to carry to work, working out 6 days a week -- I had hoped for tangible results. I see no significant loss of fat since my week 4 weigh in, which is disappointing to report.
The most significant results of the experience were the mental and emotional growth. I know about commitment, sticking to things, finishing what I start. I feel extremely good about myself for following through, even when it was clear, as it was during the final week, that the end results physically were going to be disappointing.
