Back in the gym and back on track. It feels good to get going again. I was doing so well, and have to combat the fears that I have derailed my fat burning progress by that unavoidable week off.
I am amazed at that in the week away from the gym, my muscles deteriorated. That is surprising and disconcerting, to say the least.
It is getting harder to stay motivated now that I am in the final weeks of the program. I will be honest and say I expected more in the way of results. I have lost more weight by accident in the past than I have on purpose with this plan. BUT the big difference is that I was not building muscle before. I got thinner, but ended up looking worse. The results this time are slower in coming but seem to be much richer in content.
